Stopped working after iOS update. Please fix ASAP as I now have no way to adjust my aids
Great hearing aid, inconsistent app
I would give it 5 stars, but I’m taking away 2 because of the app. I have consistently inconsistent success when I try to connect my hearing aid to the app to do any adjustments or to check the charge. I work on it away from any other Bluetooth using device (like my Apple Watch); it just won’t connect until I remove the app, reinstall it, and go through the whole hearing test shabang to get it going again. It’s time consuming and I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s irritating. I really like the hearing aid itself!

Excellent hearing aids
Thank you for making an excellent set of hearing aids even better with the recent update. Each firmware and software update have brought noticeable improvements to both the operation and quality of listening. Please keep up the great work.
App needs updating
The app constantly freezes, can’t switch between different modes. Bluetooth loses connection frequently, Bluetooth doesn’t automatically connect without having to restart the app. Major disappointment.
