Disappointed

This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. I paid for the service and received a PIN to access my lab results, but there is no option to enter the PIN. Instead, the app keeps asking me to pay again. The login and account linking process is confusing and frustrating. If you’re charging customers, at least make it easy to access the service they’ve already paid for. Very disappointing experience.
