Just downloaded today so I’m new to this so hopefully it’s user friendly and will be able to provide me with what I need to use it for! I will post additional feedback after I decide if it’s a good app or not!

I have contacted app support to get help, but I just paid for a year subscription and can’t use the app.

I’m guessing all the reviews I read are fake because I’m paying for this app and it’s not recording any calls AT ALL!!! I want my money back and would suggest that nobody else waste their time with this app!!

I don’t know why, but the app didn’t work for me at all. One-year subscription, iPhone 14 Pro MAX, T-Mobile. The only screen I was able to see is the one where you have to provide your phone number to get onboarded. Every time I tried , the app was responding with an error “Otp not sent.”
I contacted support several times via chat, no response during three days.

It will not allow me to deactivate. I got it today and wanted to cancel it today .
Solid app
Extremely functional and useful app. Affordable for the service it offers. Have been using it for my bi-weekly dev meetings which last 1.5-2 hours. Haven’t had a problem yet. Please as transcribing next.
