App Not User Friendly
Ok. I’m not a techno wizard. I shouldn’t have to be if you want folks to donate to Relay for Life.
I have downloaded the fundraising app — several times — and still can’t get it to work successfully.
The app “successfully” accepts pictures of check front and back but the check amount never appears in the Team account and the individual has yet to get the promised receipt. Bad experience on all sides

Its ok
sometimes it deletes my photos and logs me out which is annoying but other than that it is good
App is horrifically glitchy
I have an iPhone 15 pro max and this app forces closes itself all the time. I actually cannot even select “my profile” tab on the bottom. Every time I touch “my profile” the app forces closes and exits back to Home Screen. There are numerous areas of the app that this happens on. I have deleted and redownloaded 3 times and it still continues.

App crashing on latest update
Hey guys
When I click on my profile, the app crashes in the latest version. Also, used the link in the app for my Facebook fundraising and someone used it to donate but it posted to 2023 instead of 2024. I did sign up and commit for next year before starting the fundraising and I did exceed the 2023 goal well before race day so not sure what’s happening.

App Crashes - Unuseable
After the update, the app now crashes with any action. It isn’t usable

The app is easy to use for checks or credit card.
Fundraiser App
Very easy to use , and if I have an issue or simple question the team at ACS is there for support. This tool allows us to have the power to upload donation real time. Great tool

Tried opening the app and it won’t load now and now it says email isn’t valid and I have been using the app for 3 years ugh.
Easy use for credit cards
So pleased to be able to do both credit cards and checks on my own especially during the pandemic. Our offices are few between now so this app is so beneficial! And simple!!!

This app is so easy to use for credit card donations while at an event when people will say, “I don’t have cash.” And the ability to scan checks helps process donations so much faster than mailing to the home office of the organization. During the pandemic, this has been a lifesaver. Literally.

I updated the app and now it will not open. When I click on it, it just takes me back to my home screen. First issue I’ve had with the app
LOVE IT!!!
My school is having a fundraiser for this organization. It was really easy to collect donations with just 1 click. The people who were donating found it really helpful to when scanning their card, because that feature allowed then to know that I wasn’t saving their credit card number. The check feature was also really helpful, because it is minimal work.

Forced to update, now won’t launch
I was forced to update today, and go figure now it crashes on launch every time on iPhone 8.
