Why isn’t this a better app?
We pay so much money to the ACS in dues and registration fees for meetings and all we get is this terrible, clunky app?
Really???
This app is rather clunky to use and does not allow you to see the abstracts easily. Plus the start up screen has to come up each time the app is opened. So I have to keep popping the app and spending more time tweaking the app than sitting in talks taking notes.
Would love to keep it on the phone but at this point, just give me a print out, or a pdf.

Really, really, really bad.
Almost nothing works. It constantly freezes and/or crashes. It's incredibly tedious to navigate. There is literally nothing positive about this app. It's unfortunate that it's the ONLY way to view the ACS Meeting schedule. Any alternative would be better. Even a PDF or a paper program.
Worst app
Not useful at all
Often broken down
Often broken down and could not read the schedule
App will not even download properly
Simply terrible. With all the $ saved on printing programs. This should be seamless!
Sync errors
Constantly gives sync errors on iPad. Usually won’t load anything. Stalls at the opening advertisement.
So I can’t comment on any other features or lack thereof.

Not updated
Does not have the latest 2020 upcoming meeting schedules to plan
Trashy app
This app is actually a complete trash, unusable and unfinish. Sad
Simplifies Busy Conference Attendance
Overall the app allows a great level of control of what to attend.
The availability and ability to download new conference data is automated and will not let you search/pull data for the August meeting next month! Unfortunately support for the app from ACS is non existent.
One improvement would be to have different locations in different colors in the calendar as moving between locations at the National meeting is not always possible.

A pdf is much preferred
This is a huge waste of time. A pdf is way more useful
Seriously? All this $ for a meeting and this is the best you can do?
This is an awkward, poorly designed buggy app. Look at a session. Get the abstract. Returns you to the first abstract in the stack rather than where you were. Everything is piecemeal - you have to look through everything to attempt to find what you want. And wth is with the search function? I searched keywords from events that I knew were happening and they didn’t show up. As another reviewer said, give me a pdf of the book. It would be far better than this poor excuse for software. I’m embarrassed for you ACS.

awful
likely whoever designed this has never attended an ACS National meeting and have never had to follow its schedules. Simply providing a PDF of the schedules would be so much easier. this also requires that one has to constantly have their digital device available at all times. i’m not too happy with having to rush between sessions with the prospect of dropping my ipad or, for that matter, having to carry it everywhere.

Great Appn
great app!
Terrible App
Unlike the older meeting specific apps, this general ACS meeting app constantly crashes on my iPhone SE. Not ready for prime time. Makes the meeting tough to attend if you can’t find out what’s going on.
Overall better than before, but still not great.
Smoother and less buggy than in past years.
1) Still eventually cuts out and requires restart.
2) doesnt fit iphone x screen
3) took away export to .ics
And on web browser, its completely ridiculous that you cant see authors of each talk anymore!
But thanks for bringing back the export to .pdf option.
Never forget that some of us do not like using phone apps and want to print on paper.
