I login my credentials on my laptop fine and same doesn’t work on the app. I had to attend meeting finding places by carting a laptop with me. Terrible app, do better ACS !!!!!
Can’t even log in
Using my credentials online I have not problem seeing the event, but on this app it says I do not have access to the event
Does what it needs to.
I found the app generally helpful in navigating the meeting. Thankfully the UI is not too fussy and I was able to find what I needed with relative ease. There were some connection issues but probably related to my cell service.
Shows sessions, terrible at organizing
The good thing is that I can find sessions that I’m interested in by filtering. That’s the two stars.
Creating my own schedule by “following” (click the heart) sessions has a terrible workflow. My “followed sessions” does not update and is stuck on Monday. The only way to see my sessions is to look at the FULL list with no way to only show the ones of the day or the current hour. Just create a calendar view with blocks for each selected talk and we know what to do.
Additionally, following sessions is buggy: sometimes it’s not added, often the view resets to the start of the day even though I had just scrolled 10 screens for an afternoon session and now have to scroll again to get to the next one.
Developers: please use your own app before releasing it or do some minimal usability studies.
