leider ist es nicht möglich einen account anzulegen. egal welches password, die passswordregeln dabei berücksichtigend, es wird als fehlerhaft beuteilt. der prozess zur alage des accounts kann nicht fortgesetzt werden. bitte reparieren.

Terrible not operating

I have an ACSI account and had purchased their camping card and wanted to buy this one also for little campsites but it is not working very glitchy….plus l can only see a few sites in France none for anywhere else. I would like A REFUND please!

Leider keine konstruktive Resonanz auf gemeldete App-Probleme

Viele gemeldete Probleme (Zeitraum Veröffentlichung gemeldeter Bewertungen, Downloads, Nichtweiterleitung von E-Mails an CP ) werden nicht gelöst. Entschuldigungen sind daher unrelevant. Da ACSI auch viele deutsche Kunden hat wäre eine entsprechende deutsche Kommunikation (ich spreche verschiedene Sprachen) wünschenswert.

App scheinbar nicht mehr zum Benutzen gedacht

Die angepriesenen „Länderpakete“ sind nicht sichtbar/buchbar.
Das „Umfassende Campingplatz-Paket“ ist sichtbar, kann aber nicht gebucht werden. Auch nach mehrfacher Neuinstallation nicht.
Als Rückmeldung erhält man Standard-Anwort, ohne sachdienliche Hinweise.
(iPhone11, aktuellstes iOS) Dabei war die App echt mal praktisch.

App not working, poor customer service.

Paid the full app, but it didn’t download. Contacted customer service only to be told they were busy and it would be 4 to 5 days before they could look at it, I’m still waiting. The help line is also chargeable, so you have to pay for them to correct their own issues. Next stop is PayPal for a refund.

A con trick

I paid to join ACSI expecting to see all the campsites they are associated with only to find only half are listed in there book and you then have to pay extra for this app
I sent this review 2 years ago it has taken them 22 months to respond complete waste of time and money

Funktioniert nicht

Nach dem Kauf im Apple App Store ist es der App nicht möglich das gekaufte Paket zu öffnen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen dass der getätigten Kauf wiederhergestellt werden muss. Dies funktioniert allerdings nicht. Auch nach Neustart und Neuinstallation nicht. Meine Anfrage an den Support blieb bisher leider ohne Antwort.

In-App purchase ripoff

Although charged €2.99 for the in-app purchase, was never able to download the packet. The reset button did nothing. App recognized that I bought the packet when trying to purchase it again, and stated it would be restored for free. However, it was never restored. Don’t waste your money on this.

Completely Useless

Map is awful. You can’t find any campsites unless you buy packages. Might as well use the free website. You should just make your money from in-app advertising 🙄

I have been using this app for a a while now , it's not the best as most of the campsites it refers to only have one or no pictures.
Today the app was updated , now you need an acsi account to use it .. Don't the idiots at acsi know that there is a thing out there called www that doesn't need an account to use it and you can find all of these campsites online ?

The difference between this app and the website is that you can use this app offline also, so without an internetconnection. It is not required to log in with an My ACSI-account. Could you explain the problems you have, by sending an email to feedback@acsi.eu?

funktioniert nicht

Kurz gesagt PFUSCH. Erst kauft man den Zugang zu allen Länderpaketen, dann kauft man nochmal ein Länderpaket das dann erst sichtbar wird nachdem man mehrfach neu startet, nach 24 Stunden ist das gekaufte Paket wieder verschwunden....
Tolle Idee, miserabel umgesetzt. 0 Sterne.

Habe die kostenfreie Testversion installiert. Möchte jetzt kaufen. Aber wie? Unverständliche Fehlermeldung ...

Nachtrag:
Habe mit ACSI telefoniert und das Problem geschildert. Wurde dann zuverlässig zurückgerufen. Folgende Auskunft: Die App funktioniert nicht wie angegeben mit IOS 7, sondern erst ab IOS 8.

Mein iPhone 4 arbeitet nur mit IOS 7, ist also für diese App nicht geeignet.

Eigentlich unverständlich. Hatte ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Schade, diese App hätte mich sehr interessiert. Ich hätte sie gekauft.
