Barely Adequate
Handles transactions okay but FAILS on Face ID. Face ID works less than 20% of the time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change on my iPhone 12 Pro. I appreciate making the app secure but features should be functional. Also email contact or messages within the app would be helpful instead of calling, waiting on hold and not being able to get any sound advise on correcting the problem with FaceID. Same phone different financial institutions have Face ID working 90+% of the time on the same device.

Every app they make is awful.
I can’t make a transfer (when I know my login credentials are right) without a pop up saying to call the bank. Even when I log out and try to log back in, the app says my credentials are wrong. The app is horrible!
