Terrible log in
The app signs you out without being prompted to do so. Signing back in is a nightmare. You have to be verified several times via email to get in and then get signed out again. There is no prompt to enter your password instead so you are at the mercy of the emailed passcode.

Trouble connecting to a new organization
Can someone point me to customer service? If I could give zero star rating I would, here’s the problem, I have the code to join a new organization and the app states the code’s been accepted then fails to add it to my Home Screen! What’s going on? Additionally disappointing given the old campaign is no longer active and yet I’ve no way to delete it 🤦🏻♀️

The app was very easy to use, the messages were easy to adopt or compose.

Easy to use and pretty interface. Need to make it more clear what the icons mean next to people’s names & sometimes the data isn’t the most up to date information.
