Trash app for trash camera system
Way too buggy. I can view cameras, but not individually. Never loads properly, so you can forget about viewing things live. I feel like every update since 2021 has made both this app and the cameras significantly worse. Like its all just degrading quickly over time after only about 5 years of actual use.

Unusable on iPhone 14 Pro
This version is completely unusable with any iPhone 14. Have tried on several and it actually causes the phone to crash, requiring a long power button hold to get the phone to boot. This is much more concerning than an app crash…..
Super glitchy
I can’t even use it on my iPhone 14 Pro. It causes the entire phone to crash. Super concerning. Do not trust!!
Needs HTTPS/TLS support
ACTi just released NVR3.0.16.29 which brings support for TLS and encryption, however this app does not support it. Please add it!
Ok but minimalist - problem in landscape mode
Working with cameras directly it works ok for viewing- except with multiple cameras there is no way in landscape mode view of camera image to go back to select a different camera because the back arrow button is not visible. The workaround is to rotate mobile device back to portrait mode to make the back arrow appear to tap it - then rotate back to landscape mode for the larger image view.

I think most of these reviewers have no idea what they’re doing. That or they are mistaking the app for something else entirely.

Even with perfect WiFi, even standing in the restaurant, it can’t seem to load anything.
Multiple issues and weaknesses in the app
Why does it rotate the screen whenever i slide FWD or back??? It cancels the zoom you had on and zooms out automatically then flips (rotates) the screen when you slide in playback.
The app also did not let me log in after setting it up and setting configs, i press next and the app crashes, it took months to solve this.

Can’t download and save old camera record
Need to update the app, please!
Update not working
Updated app iPhone. Running a cms with 17 schools on it. When you view one school it is show camera from the other schools. Doesn’t matter what location is pulled up. All showing end every camera on system individually.

May 8, 2019 update error
The app was up and working very well here in New Boston, MI for the train app. Unfortunately, the update you recently sent and I installed on May 8, 2019 has created a large green area covering 2/3 of the live view. The all devices shows the whole camera view of all the cameras but if you click the live view to see one camera, 2/3 of the image is covered by green block. I think we need another update fix.

City of New Boston, Michigan's poor attempt to hide the fact that the railroad continues to screw them. Bad solution by the city to choose. Camera never works at Sibley and Eureka which are the most important streets. Nice try. If I could give 0 stars I would. Neat.
