I’m a member but the app doesn’t recognise that, I have to book through the web browser. My children can’t sign up to make their own bookings. It’s just poor!

The app is not responsive enough it crashes. It doesn’t allow you to book classes. It doesn’t send you notifications when it’s supposed to.
Usability
The app doesn’t give English option. And the nickname function is not fit for purpose:

I cannot book anything without going onto browser i have to book the gym once in the leisure centre as my app doesn’t allow me to access the options however my wife has the blue app version and can do everything she needs on it.

Cannot find the simplest information. Inept.

Although I am fluent Welsh speaker. There is no option to switch to English within the app

You can use the facilities from 14, so why set the app at 17? Ridiculous

Why in welsh
The front page is always in welsh, my welsh is not as good as it used to be so to navigate to a page where I can read it is challenging

I have a new phone and iPad and there appears to be a new app and I can’t book anything on it

This is the worst an most confusing app i have ever seen. I am amazed that anyone ever manages to book anything.

Trying to register for someone else when unexpectedly FACE ID pops up ! Of course it doesn’t recognise me . Here we go .

Can’t register on the App
I joined St. Clears leisure centre. Advised to download the Actif App which I did. Unable to register. Won’t send an email link to enter a password. Been twice to the leisure centre for assistance but staff unable to help. They were very helpful and tried everything they could fix the problem. Frustrated to say the least
