Horrible, keeps going off, not user friendly, frustrating

What is happened to this app?
Half of the things that I used to scan aren’t even on the list anymore for instance the entire fire department of FDNY with the exception of Manhattan isn’t even on the list. Did you guys change streaming providers? The volume controls don’t work for the individual streams that you select and there seems to be just a lot of issues that have been taken out of this app. For $40 a year subscription I don’t think I’m going to be renewing my subscription this app has gone down 100% or more since the latest upgrades.
So please convince me why I should continue to subscribe to this app that gives you absolutely nothing

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you're having a bad experience with Action Scanner. As we discussed in our email conversation, we have not changed stream providers or made any other reductions in service. Streams are provided by volunteers and can't be guaranteed.
Can’t get all of the scanners
The app will only let me do 4 scanners. Normal i can do 5. Every time i try to add a scanner it says it is full when it’s not. Please fix this

The most recent update adds some nice polish and a feature I like and that’s the map location pins that light up.

Action Scanner Police Radio is the absolute best scanner app you can buy online. It can be configured for multiple banks with multiple channels per bank and it’s very easy to use. It also works well on my older iOS device. Customer support is also really attentive and will help with any questions you have. Highly recommended.

Nice but pricy
I purchased this app several years ago, and listened a lot. Now there is a monthly or yearly fee. Had to delete my old one because it didn’t work anymore. The price to listen to something that comes over the air for free is ridiculous.
No Paues or Hold on channel
I have been using many versions of this app. Thank goodness the app has evolved over the years. In past versions I could pause on specific channels if necessary, however this ability no longer exists.

Hello, You can tap on any of our feeds in the scan list to open it full-page and hold that one feed.
Ripped off
Used to be good . I paid for the full version years ago. It was a one time payment . Suddenly it tells me I have to pay a monthly fee if I want to use it for more than a few minutes .

Fantastic app. Developer is very responsive to bug fixes & feature suggestions. Being able to listen to multiple scanner feeds at once is a game changer, and this app executes it beautifully.
Unable to add Kentucky to scanner list
When I go to add Kentucky to the scanner list, it will not generate the city to add to list…. Im a paid subscriber this to to be fixed…..

Not sure why but I’m also having the issue that when I select Kentucky the app crashes.
