App not working

Signed up for new account online. Mobile app is slow and does not allow me to log in. Using same credentials via web browser I can login without issues.

Worthless app

I paid a year subscription because I have discount with my work. App sounds good and all but I made a rookie mistake by not testing it out first, had high confidence and just proceed with buying. The App crashes, it’s slow, keeps asking me to verify my email/phone number and never got a code (I try 5x a day and nothing happens). I also emailed the support team to cancel my account, didn’t hear from them at all.

App crashes every time I open it and almost al of the reviews on here are from either bots or people paid by the company to submit good reviews. Full of typos and many say the exact same things (typos included!).
