Welcome to the Activate! mobile app! We, Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, together with MilkCrate LLC, created this app in order to assist you to increase your activities to feel better. This app uses Behavioral Activation which is an evidence-based strategy that helps us understand how behaviors influence emotions. You will be using activities that you select to improve your emotional state. This app is available to everyone. We recommend that if you are under 14 years old you consult with your parents/guardians. Sign up to be a member of the Activate! community and stay engaged with others as you track your progress.
