Activation Health

Activation Health is the official companion app for the ACTIVATION research study at the University of Calgary, and other partner research institutions. If you have been enrolled in the study by your care team, this app allows you to: - Complete validated PROMIS recovery outcome surveys at scheduled intervals - Automatically share Apple HealthKit mobility and cardiovascular metrics with the research team - Track your recovery progress over time - Receive reminders for upcoming survey completions Your data is encrypted on-device and transmitted securely to University of Calgary research servers. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. This app requires enrollment by a participating clinician and is not intended for general use.
