waiting list function changed

waiting list function doesn’t automatically enroll you into the class anymore. no push notification either? have to rely on emails which defeats the points of the waiting list/app to me..

Access to gym by phone

Hi there,I paid a month membership and I was really looking forward to join in but unfortunately I couldn’t get in to the gym by scanning QR code spoke to staff still they couldn’t get sorted tried next day still same tried deferent day couldn’t get in and by end of it I’ve run out membership without even seeing the gym,I’ll tell you this for nothing,staff don’t give flying monkeys about customer service,
