Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do bot buy from them!!!!!
Horrible experience with this company.
1. They took ages to process my payment
2. Machine was weeks late
3. The guy who dropped it off refused to even take it inside the house and it has been sitting outside the house in the middle of a dust storm for 2 days now
4. Installation guy promises me to install it next day at 4 and I make sure to confirm it the next day. At 4 no one comes, they actively cancel and ignore my calls for 30 minutes then finally answer
5. When they answer they say they are busy with “personal” stuff and can only come at 6!
6. When I get upset they say talk to Dubai I don’t care but they refuse to give me their name
7. I tell them I have already complained and if they don’t come at 6 I will talk to customer protection
8. He replies he will not come and I should just deal with it!!!!
So now I have paid more than $4000 for a machine that is sitting outside my house uninstalled
