I have just recently took out a membership. Staff are always very helpful. I have been using the pool quite a bit which I am enjoying. Booked in for yoga and have an introduction to the gym.
You feel good when your doing some sort of excercise.
Hopefully my enthusiasm will continue and may even loss a bit of weight!

Still unable to book classes in app after the update happened

While trying to book a tee time no times come up to book. Tried deleting app and reinstalling but no difference. Emailed website who advised they can book my tee time but not convenient if need to change or cancel tee time and rebook another time.

Do not get an email enabling me to setup password
No way to register??? I got a pass due to Illness
The instructions are not there for me as I was given a ref number I have downloaded the app and there’s nowhere for me to join apart from paying for a membership???yes I followed the instructions on the email Am lost ,about as clear as mud
Does not work if more than one child linked to the same email address
And the staff at the time capsule won’t answer the phone

Since being referred to the North Lanarkshire Council , to get access to the gym, I have been overwhelmed with the fantastic standards and support given to me by the staff at the Airdrie sports centre.
I suffer with complex trauma and anxiety, as you can imagine I was very anxious to attend and register, but once upon arriving, the receptionist, the gym assistants where brilliant! The initial induction , I was shown around and made to feel comfortable, but most importantly welcome.
I had a appointment for a program to get me started and the assistant Clair , was brilliant, the encouragement she gave and her professionalism was credit to the facility, she identified the correct program to suit me and helped me build my confidence, even to the extent I have booked my first class , but what stood out most of all , was I wasn’t being judged and was made to feel welcome , this is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time and has already having a positive impact on my recovery, thank you so much to the team at Airdrie sports centre.

This is the worse ‘upgrade’ of a perfectly working app I have ever experienced. It is impossible to navigate. Clumsy and repetitive and ultimately frustrating. The old app was exactly the opposite. Why on earth was it changed???

As so many people waiting on a slot would it not be better to add extra classes and more classes for elderly

Worst experience
I have been trying to phone to book the swimming for days now and today decided to take a drive through to see if we could get a swim we drove from Falkirk! Was told it was to busy and had to phone which I told him I have been phoning so he then said to book online which I have been trying to do since 2 today! Everytine I sign in and go to the booking system it just take me back to all my details and says that’s me signed up this happens over and over again!! Is there a simpler way of booking seeing as no one likes to answer the phone and your online booking system isn’t working??

Who can I speak to to get this app sorted
I think this is the worst app I have ever came across and it needs some serious updates. As somebody who is blind and during these pandemic times I am no longer allowed to go swimming at my disabled club. However lane swimming is still optional in other facilities. The app is totally on accessible to blind users. When you first go in to the app to pick what activity you want to book it literally just says button. These need to be labelled it’s a very easy fix in just a very lazy on the creators part. I had to have a sighted person do it for me which totally takes away my independence and should not have to be. Furthermore the sighted person said it was dreadful. Setting up an account some fields were glitching and would not let you click in them. The page kept jumping around. Then finally once I’d made an account the email never came through with my password and then when it finally did and I logged in it just never went in. Five minutes and it still never logged in. Please get this sorted especially in these pandemic times.

My bookings
It was ok but now but I’m unable to view my bookings and mark favourites. The app will now not show anything. It ‘ times out’ all the time.
I need to and will still use the main website to make bookings..

Works ok but having issues with being able to see my bookings. Every time I try to view, it cannot connect for some reason, repeatedly says timed out and then kicks me out of the app.
