Buggy apps
Service is pathetic and no support. Every time shows technical error. Initially days I was getting call in failure transactions but now a day not able to connect them. My huge amount stuck and doesn’t have options to solve it.

Worst app ever
Incompetence and obtuseness at its lowest ebb. Aditya Birla Sun Life’s ABCapital and Active Account apps are shoddily designed and incompetently managed, assuming anybody is monitoring how these apps function in reality. They seem to be designed to never cooperate with the customer in either making investments or withdrawing them. This is the primary reason for my decision to stop future investments with Aditya Birla Sun Life.
The login and OTP entry process are terrifyingly time-consuming with multiple repetitions of the same required. The company fails to understand that consumers have as much rights as they do when it comes to prompt service. Avoid Aditya Birla Sun Life altogether if you know what’s good for you.

Worst app and worst customer service
Cant withdraw my money. Once you put withdraw button, the app disappears. Cant even speak to a customer service. Worst experience

Initialed transaction to withdraw on 19th. On 21st they invented that uploaded cheque is not having my name printed. So, electronic fund transfer not possible. I uploaded new bank account details on 21st. But they sent cheque on 22nd. Still waiting for cheque. Mockery of liquid fund.

3rd Class App
The app just crashes the moment you open it and enter your pin. Never seen such a 3rd class app ever in my life. Fix it or else I’m taking my liquid funds else where.
Blocker bug
There is a huge issue at the 3rd screen of registration. After all the fields have been filled the app asks for applicant’s name. Please fix the issue

Every now and then , the app is not working properly . I faced this issue many a times. When I click on any option , the app is getting closed. Please make it working properly . I really get frusted when I goes to withdraw some money for some emergency purpose and found this app is not working .

Doesn’t allow to signup
Everytime it throws an error “Enter Applicant’s name” on the last stage or at first stage of the one time sign up process !!
