Absolutely terrible
Honestly, the admin and errors I have had to get through just to download this app. The functionality is terrible. Sometimes my phone number is accepted, sometimes it isn’t. Same for my bank card when I go to pay. Absolutely awful.
Appalling booking service
Last night I spent 30 minutes trying to book a class unsuccessfully! Tonight 15 minutes with continual messages saying an error has occurred. This happens every time I, & most of the other people I know facing the same problem.
The Peak have been told about this many times over many months but nothing has been done to rectify the situation.

Only one profile
Unfortunately only lets you use one profile. Not very handy for a family who all attend different activities. It would be ideal if it could switch between logged in profiles so the one app can be used by a family.
Complete waste of all of our time. Answer the phone.

Good app with flaws
App shows no of people waiting and not how many spaces are in the class.
If the class was fully booked with 10 waiting it doesn’t show you if there then becomes spaces available, only the queue. So it looks like there’s no spaces when there is.
