KEY FEATURES • Choose distracting apps Use Apple’s system-provided Family Activity Picker to privately select social media, short-video, gaming, or other distracting apps. • Set activity goals Create goals based on steps, workout duration, or other supported physical activities. • Unlock apps by completing goals When the configured activity goal is completed, ActiveFirst automatically removes the associated restrictions. • Create a daily schedule Choose when your activity plan begins and ends, and configure rules that fit your routine. • Reduce common workarounds Optional focus rules can help reduce access to distracting content or prevent installing new entertainment apps during an active restriction period. • Privacy-first design Selected apps are represented by opaque tokens provided by Apple’s Family Controls framework.
