Can’t sign in
Big announcement about how great this new version would be, but can’t sign in, and can’t get the app to send a password reset. Think they may have rushed the release; wait before downloading

Do some reason in July it stopped giving access to in home or at home workouts. I’ve sent messages for 5 days about it and there’s no response. My wife and I both do workouts from home and it’s not recording o. What’s the answer?’
This app doesn’t recognize my membership
Unable to connect membership to app. Cannot pull up at gym. Please correct!!!

Automatic location not reliable at all!
I go to the same 2 locations several times a week, where my phone sits inside for more than an hour. Some weeks the app works fine, other weeks the app fails to record my visit at all. What’s the point of location services if it doesn’t reliably work?

Update 2/8. Emailed support and they responded that they were aware of the issue and even synced the missed steps for me. Moved from 1 Star to 5. Thank you!!!
Have been syncing my steps for nearly a year now. As of last months update, my steps are syncing in Fitbit but Activfit will not count my steps and it won’t sync or give me the option. Four days of 10,000+ steps are not showing in ActiveFit but are in FitBit

Getting motivated to stay healthy!
This app is really helpful in keeping me motivated to get my 10k steps and getting paid to do so!
Only using this because of my insurance company
App is terrible
-almost never registers visits to the gym
-step counter doesn’t work
If my insurance company didn’t make me use this for reimbursement, I would have deleted it right away. Don’t bother unless you have to.
