The app isn’t developing fast enough to keep up with how it’s population tracks their workouts. For example I am a runner, most of my workouts are primarily running, the app doesn’t always connect to my garmin and sometimes doesn’t record my steps. I also focused on the workout and not snapping a selfie of myself while I am running. If I am going to use an app there should be an expected level of convenience when using it that this does not have. There should be an option for me to upload a dated screenshot of my workout. I beg of you to bring the app up to date with how people use their fitness devices in 2026.

Tool registers my gym sessions, been reliable for years
Automatic Visit Detection doesn’t work and pending visits input manually are always pending. I’ve contacted the app about this several times, but nothing has been fixed.
Automatic check-in only works some of the time. When I try to do a self check-in when I’m home after a realize the automatic check in didn’t work, it defaults to pending, forever.
Doesn’t check in while you’re at the gym. Needs to be upgraded.
It claims to be able to sync with the Apple Health App but it will not sync steps no matter what I do. I’ve tried logging in and out. Removing and adding the health app again. Triple checking it that all permissions are turned and yet nothing is recorded.
Cannot log in, supports says they reset password but have not received any emails. Now I will lose out on benefits from logging in.
Constantly crashes and not able to access for days at a time. I only gave one star because zero was not an option.
Have to constantly delete and reinstall this thing to sync with Apple Health.
I use an Apple Watch and my phone to track my steps and it usually works great the past 6 months, a little glitchy, but I just checked my progress and ActiveFit didn’t track for a whole week where my goal was hit for 4 of those days. Now I have to try and make up those days with future days.
App never works right. Needs to be updated every couple of days and never logs my gym visits like it’s meant to. So frustrating
Updated my app and now it doesn’t open. Just stalls on the symbol. Even before the update the app was marginal. It’s supposed to automatically record my visits and it never does that. I always have to add them manually.
I’ve used this app for years in conjunction with my health insurance. If I do not periodically open the app, the steps do not sync, even if my Apple health recorded the steps for that day. Not being able to retroactively sync with Apple health is asinine. There were months that I didn’t meet my steps goal while training for a marathon. Says enough.

It never know when I’ve been to the gym even though the location is set to “always” allow. Then the report an issue button says there is a broken link and no where to report. So you don’t get credit for your workouts. So annoying.
It had just stayed in the A screen waiting to load. I have checked for updates - nothing, deleted and redownloaded it multiple times. It’s very inconvenient to know I could be loosing out on money because this app wont log my workouts.
The app does not track your gym visits. Even when it has accepted your visit it will then delete it. And honestly I think this is exactly how they want it to work so they don’t have to give you your money.
I hit my smart walking goal almost everyday of the month. When I check I have months that show only 1 day. The developers say they have fixed the issues but they haven’t.
Stopped tracking
It logged my first 5 days now it stopped logging. I checked my apple health and my iwatch everything including my main steps app is working fine. I need this app for my job and now I’m missing days
Most times app glitches out, content refreshes often that you can’t see how many workout days are completed, and failed to process selfies. Missing health related content. Poorly build app that failed to nudge its user to stay active.
