About
Activity Record is a simple hourly log of your day. Each hour, note what you were doing and rate how strong one feeling you choose to follow was, from 0 (barely there) to 100 (the most intense it gets). Over days and weeks, your record fills in — and patterns start to show.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log any hour in seconds: an activity, a 0–100 rating, and optional notes and extra feelings.
• Follow the feeling you choose — switch anytime without losing history.
• Log from your home or lock screen with the one-tap widget.
• Ask Siri: "Log this hour in Activity Record" — or run the one-tap Log This Hour shortcut from the Shortcuts app.
• Set up to 12 daily reminders; tapping one can open the current hour directly.
• Backfill earlier hours or days whenever you like.
SEE YOUR PATTERNS
• An intensity map of the last 14 days, hour by hour.
• Plain-language observations: which times of day, days of the week, and activities went with lower or higher ratings in your record.
• A week-over-week sentence so you can see how this week compared.
• Everything is descriptive — the app reports what's in your record, and what you do with it is up to you.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Everything stays on your device, or in your own private iCloud if you turn on sync.
• No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no data collection.
• Export a designed PDF, a CSV spreadsheet, or a full backup file anytime.
• Optional Face ID / passcode lock.
MADE FOR EVERY DAY
• iPhone and iPad.
• English and Spanish, switchable anytime — including the widget.
• 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
• Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support.
Start with one hour. The record does the rest.

What's New in Activity Record
1.0.1
July 21, 2026
Choosing the feeling you follow is now part of getting started. There is no preset feeling, so the app asks you to pick one, or write your own, before you begin. Which feeling is worth watching is yours to decide. The Spanish translation has been reworked so that insights speak to you directly rather than reading like a readout, along with corrected wording throughout and time-of-day greetings that match how Spanish is actually spoken. The Privacy Policy and Support links in Settings now point to pages written specifically for the app.
