The app needs work

I think the app needs some major updates. The filters are very awful finding acting jobs. You have to manually add them everytime. then on top of that, there is no way to break the filters down by ethnicity or race which makes it very difficult findings roles as you have to manually search through them all. I do hope it is updated soon to make things easier for people especially given the costs.

COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

I’ve tried downloading the app over again, restarting my phone, updating my IOS … the app just never works. Anytime I click anything it just crashes, all I can do is sign in and look at the screen. The moment I touch a button it crashes. If I could give less then 0 stars I would

Great app for selftapes

I would not use any other editing tool for self tapes. This is so easy to use. My workflow is film self tape on phone, trim and crop video on my iPhone. Grab the edited clips on this app, make title page and combine the scenes. Order the scenes and then upload. Files go directly to my agent. It takes me less than 2 mins to put together a self tape submission (vs 30 mins using Final Cut Pro or iMovie). No more having to download the clips to my computer, the onto an editing software and then making the self tape.

Not good

Lots of fields but many don’t work. Won’t update, sure, you can see what you’ve submitted via computer but otherwise it’s a waste of time b/c you can’t upload or download from phone.

I can’t find any jobs that suit me.

There’s no tv series that are made for kids/teens it’s all adult shows and movies. :(

Trouble signing up for the app

I’m having trouble creating an account. I put in my phone number and instead of sending me a verification code, I just get a text saying “SMS_Message_Browser”. Also I try to enter my location and it says “Response Code Unacceptable” PLEASE HELP!!!

wouldn’t let me sign in

i wrote in my email and password and then tried a different email and password of mine and it all said it was a code 407 and would not let me sign up.

total game changer!

this app is incredible. you can shoot, edit and post auditions right to a breakdown within the app. takes all the headache out of self tapes and allows us to focus on putting our best foot forward. thank you casting workbook for everything!!
