Actor Fleet Vision

Actor Fleet Vision is the companion app for contractors enrolled in the Actor Labs equipment data program. Once our collector node and cameras are installed on your machines, the app gives you a live view of your fleet from your phone. NEEDS ATTENTION Shows important alerts pertinent to your fleet • Obscured camera: a lens covered by mud, a tarp, or knocked off its mount. The machine keeps reporting hours while frames are unusable. • Left running: powered but idle for half a day so fuel and hours burn all night. • Dormant: no power for 30+ days. Still on your roster, still costing you, and otherwise indistinguishable from a machine that shut down an hour ago. YOUR FLEET • Every enrolled machine with a clear status: active, awaiting hardware, or offline. • Give machines your own nicknames so the roster reads the way your crew talks. MACHINE DETAIL Open any machine for its latest camera snapshot, when it was last seen, and where the time actually went. You receive a breakdown of working, idling, and traveling for the day. Tap through to full-screen frames, safety risk events, and phone-use detections. MAP See located machines on a clustered map, and hand off any machine's coordinates to your maps app. HISTORY Scroll back through previous days for any machine and open that day's snapshots and activity. ACCOUNT Update your name, company, phone, and address, reach support, and delete your account and data. WHO IT'S FOR Contractors and operators already enrolled in the Actor Labs program. Sign in with the account you created during enrollment. Not enrolled? Start at program.labs.actor. HOW IT WORKS We provide, install, and remove the collector hardware at no cost. You operate normally; the app shows you what your fleet is doing. The app itself requests no camera, location, photo, or file access on your device. Questions?
