Does not connect

The app is a waste of time, does not connect even after reinstalling. Don’t waste your time with it. Great idea if it worked

Connection Unreliable

I agree, even if I can get a connection, it doesn’t last. Followed directions in user manual carefully. Cable company sent a computer tech expert. I paid $50 for him to get a connection for me. It didn’t last. I think this is a good idea, but needs work.

AcuMonitor not working!

My AcuMonitor app used to work fine until today, now even though it shows as being connected to my machine it just will not run anything at all.

I think it might be due to the latest iOS update that I installed today just before trying to use AcuMonitor. It worked fine yesterday before the iOS update.

Won't Connect

Worked once, no longer connects to my machine. Wow, for what I paid for everything I am greatly disappointed.

Great if it was worked!

The first time I tried it worked perfectly and I was in love with it. Would have given it a 5 Star rating! However now it does not find my machine and so it is useless. As others have stated there is no support, page just takes you to Janome website. Hope they read these reviews and provide an update.
