Freezes up
This is a great concept. Being able to schedule service through an app would be convenient. This one just doesn’t work. It freezes up or closes every time I try.

When I want to schedule service or pick up and drop off, the app makes it easy. Also nice to look up recalls and have access to important phone numbers and texting.
