To pick a movie, you have to scroll horizontally through a carousel of movie posters. The executive who thought of this idea should be demoted to janitor. Movie theaters are why movies IN theaters are doing poorly these days.

Worst mobile experience EVER
App defaulted my location to Sioux City. Tried multiple time to “prefer” another theatre but kept going back to Sioux City. Then mistakenly booked 4 tickets to Sioux City and there is NO ONE TO TALK TO! Not only a terrible mobile experience but terrible support. Would have given zero stars if possible.

App opens but no movie or location info
Nothing loads
App opens but doesn’t load any information. I’ve reinstalled and still has the same issue.
Uninstalled
It suddenly stopped showing movies or even theatera. Basically, it shows nothing.
App stinks
Does not show any current movies unless you find your way to the settings menus and hit contact us. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still does not work properly
Fix your app!
Your app blows, it says there are no theaters in my area or movies. However best movie theater in Omaha, love going there.

This App Hasn’t Worked in Months
This used to be a great app. My family and I used it multiple times a week. But it’s been offline for several months now. The website is available but it isn’t nearly as user friendly as the app was. We’re seeing about 75% less movies because of this.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded app for easier access when I buy tickets but nothing shows up. No log in or theaters or movie showtimes

Easily the worst movie out there.
App vs Theater
Great theater. Horrible app. The theater near us is clean, newer, well kept, has some good deals, food is good but the app makes it frustrating to purchase tickets. No idea as to how many pints I’ve earned because the app never works correctly. Hopefully ACX can get this app issues fixed soon. Not a great online experience.

This is a pretty dysfunctional and useless app.
Terrible app
This app hasn’t worked correctly once since I downloaded it. Half the time I can’t sign in or it doesn’t remember who I am. I can’t check out for a film through sign in. It doesn’t load current movies for my theatre. It simply doesn’t work. Even if you do, by some miracle get it to purchase - any QR code causes the consoles at the actual theatre to error out and you have to type in your reservation code instead. All around horrible. Do better!
