Not user friendly/ intuitive

Very difficult to use this app. Tried to search for “Info desk”, nothing comes up. Tried to search for People’s Choice Awards to provide a vote, but nothing shows up. So the Map of the convention floor does not have a legend to show where the exhibitors are located.
Very frustrating. This is the 3rd year I have attended Smilecon and you’d think the app has been improved!

Not working android - freezes

Galaxy note 8 android freezes splash screen . Useless . Can’t enter ce codes. Had to get out iPad to get it to work. Same for colleagues with android.

Frustrating

There is no back button. Swiping right only works sometimes. Where are the links for livestream? How do you watch virtual? This is not an intuitive app.
