Best Black Teas EVER!!!
I love buying two, three sometimes four types of black tea. Chocolate, caramel, cream, and coconut. I combine these flavors in a variety of ways and find them all delicious.
Disappointed by gen AI usage on site, wish app was better
I mostly shopped the app because it was more convenient than opening a web browser, but it’s nowhere near as thorough or easy to navigate as the actual website. I’ve been a big fan of Adagio for a long time, but last I checked the website, they were offering some deal to generate AI images on their site? I hope this isn’t a thing anymore, as it’s stopped me from purchasing. A place that produces tea using an unnecessary AI that abuses water consumption doesn’t feel great.

Best Tea
Bought the black tea sampler and three other sample size teas. It all brews and tastes so amazing compared to grocery store bags. Night and day comparison. The green tea with jasmine is over the top good.

Adagio is where I purchase all of my tea. I used to exclusively use the website for ordering, but have started using the app. Handles all of my searching, ordering, and package tracking as needed.

The best tea you can get!
I have been a fan of adagio teas for many years. If you are an Earl Grey fan their blends are phenomenal. I am a black tea drinker but their profile extends to more esoteric varieties many are seasonal. Even Matcha. Their prices and shipping fees are fair for the exceptional product. I also love their teaware. The InginuiTea pot is the best ever for brewing loose tea. ❤️❤️❤️

Real Tea, No Tea Dust
I have used this company for years and, they never disappoint. Never get tea dust but real tea leaves. Love their teapots, cups and every product I have ordered. The samples allow me to try teas I normally wouldn’t have tried. I highly recommend any products from Adagio!
Can’t live without
I will loose my mind if I can’t have even a small cup of earl gray moonlight every day. All of their teas are such great quality and great prices. I have a few of their teas in the cabinet for the times I want something different, and many are good hot or cold. They just need to offer bigger bags of the moonlight…..lol

The app is always buggy
This rating is for the app, not the company. Test your integration with the iOS password app across all your brands. Whatever the current test cases are, they are not covering all scenarios. For example something as basic as the url used to lookup the password can be taken care of by your app if you are willing to actually test user experience. This is just sloppy software development. Thankfully your products are worth this but honestly do better.
