They do not ship orders!!!! They’ll tell you orders shift in 24/48 hrs and proceed to start giving excuses after payment, I have waited 2 months or a single piece of earrings.❌❌❌

spent hundreds and paid for express delivery. it gave me a timeframe after placing the order of 1-2 days. never even got dispatched. tried to contact via tiktok, email, instagram and submitted a ticket and no response. got blocked on instagram and tiktok for asking where my order is. have seen tons of tiktok & trustpilot comments and reviews saying the jewellery turned their neck green and tarnished or it never arrived. avoid avoid avoid!! have to now go through my bank to get a refund as it’s been weeks with no response.
