Basic App, could use more features
NOTE: This is a review just about the APP, not the bank itself. So far I’ve had no issues with the bank and everyone I’ve dealt with have been very helpful and nice!
I just downloaded this app and it’s a very basic app and feels a bit outdated. My main issue is that it won’t remember you like other apps. You can’t use touch/Face ID to login, so you have to go to your token generator, copy that number and enter it every time... It’s a bit of a hassle. It would be great if they added the option to use face or Touch ID. If as I use it and I find its better than originally thought, I will update this review. But until then, I’m leaving it at 2 stars for the fact that it feels outdated/is very basic and cant use touch/Face ID to login.
