Adappt Booking

This is the initial release of the Hybrid Workspace Management Mobile Application that will enable organizations to perform the following. Empower individuals to manage their hybrid work schedules Provide employees with the ability to book desks, conference rooms and parking spaces according to their preferences Allowing organizations to keep a track of no-show/ vacant desks and rooms via QR code object tracking. All the schedules, calendars, and bookings are embedded within the button touch - “My Work schedule”. Features Book Desks, Rooms and Parking spots on the mobile app Ability to view and manage all your bookings from a single place Manage your WFH,WFO,Leave schedule, submit schedule change requests View detailed booking analytics QR code for check-in/ check-out is now included in the app. There are 2 ways in which the QR code can be scanned, viz. Scan Code and My Code Scan code allows the user to check-in/ checkout using the mobile camera to scan the QR code sticker placed on desks, conference rooms and parking spots My code will allow the users to view their own user id based QR code, which can be displayed to an existing scanner for check-in / check-out A geo-restriction has been implemented on the app, preventing users from scanning QR codes outside of the area where they were originally placed.
