Very Bad experience

Poor application every time I try to login it gives me message session experience ,
I keep trying for minimum 3 to 4 days until I get lucky to get one successful login, I am not sure why you are making us suffer with such experience, I hope you take the feedback seriously and we can see better improvement

Can’t make registration on APP

Every time try to open new account on the application it gives “ something went wrong “ and not complete the process, as Iam a customer in this bank in UAE i want to be in the same bank in Egypt but it seems very difficult
