I signed up online before reading the reviews of the app. I was still hopeful, however, like previous reviews have mentioned the product does not work. I paid and had credit but the photo would not render. I reached out to the company using their written method for refund and never received a response. Finally, I had to reach out to my credit card company to receive a refund. Do not use!

Really wished this would have worked
I paid money for this app and it keeps telling me I don’t have credits but shows I do never have been able to create a photo

i downloaded this app in hopes to create some fun photos of loved ones the app kept urging me to pay for credits that were already purchased i guess there was some sort of bug after exiting the app and redownloading still nothing i uninstalled and canceled my subscription tried to get refunded was not refunded so i basically paid 9.99 for no reason

Hi Ashley, we take 'scam' accusations very seriously. We have thoroughly checked our system logs and there are no bugs or failed credit allocations on our end. Often, simply tapping the 'Restore Purchases' button in the app resolves any Apple ID sync delays. Please note that developers have absolutely zero access to your billing info or the refund process; this is 100% controlled by Apple. If Apple denied your refund, it is based on their own policies. If you still have the app and need help restoring your credits, please contact our support email.
