This was my first time taking a course for an exam online, I’ve completed courses from YT free channels, but here, teachers had taken it so much for granted like attending classes for only 3/7 days every week when students like me r waiting for them from hours and sitting in front of screen, wasting our time. Every subject teacher was giving their bare minimum to the course. Akshay Avasthi maths teacher, performed worst teacher ever, he used to teach only 1-2 same type questions in an 1 hour class, that too of 8th grade standard nd use to go mute nd vanished for rest of the time, but he was giving his 200% to his YT channel where he was teaching for the same exam for FREE. even the course was not finished till the exam day 🤣 and so many topics were missing too. Pathatic behaviour pathetic environment, dont waste ur initial days nd time, U Instead go to YT FREE VIDEOS OR COURSES, there u will find a lot better material and quality content.

I do not recommend purchasing any batch from the Adda247 platform. Students usually join thinking that the teachers are good and their doubts will be solved, but the reality is completely different. After enrolling, many students regret their decision. Even when doubts are raised, students are often ignored.
In my experience, Sourav Sir is the best teacher on this platform. Apart from him, I did not find the teaching quality satisfactory. This is not just my experience—many other students have faced the same issues.
If a refund option were available, I would definitely take it. Adda247 now seems to focus more on marketing rather than student support. They promise doubt-solving sessions, but in reality, nothing happens. I have attended four doubt sessions and did not receive a single reply.

Worst platform to study
I purchased the course to study here. It was a complete money waste. First of they dont give proper access to classes. Live classes are going on and i dont have access to class. Then there is no one to hear my problem. Tech team always tells we will do it but it has been almost 1 week. There is no help from teachers. They are not bothered whether students they are teaching is getting classes or not. It has been 1 month since purchase of course but i still not have beeen given classes.
One month where i could have almost completed half of my course from some other platform. Those who are even thinking of buying this course, my recommendation is that it is a waste of money to put money ln this platform. Just save yourself from here and buy some other course.

Products are good but services are not
Their products are good but they do not provide customer support services properly…in may I purchased “test prime” series payment was done but it it was locked so I couldn’t use it…and its validity was till 29 aug ….even after so many complaints and requests they unlocked it for me nearby 29 aug only…
I was a regular customer …so I gave it one more go…I again purchased it…this time with 12 months validity….but the same thing is happening…they are not even acknowledging my payment…on app my purchased product is not even showing anywhere…but the amount is deducted from my account….
Both the time I wrote many emails , calls, complaints on chat bots etc…but no response…
They should work on it…their services are deteriorating day by day.

Very disappointing experience, - No class, no support
I purchased a course where only history classes were held in the beginning. After that no classes were conducted, and there was no information provided about when or whether class would be held. The timetable is not followed at all, and if classes are cancelled, there is no update or not notification. Whenever I open app, I always find that classes are coming soon.
I tried contacting them many times through the helpline number, but nobody ever respond. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Unresponsive Support After Purchase
I purchased a course but have received no response or support from the team regarding access to the live classes. I tried reaching out multiple times via both phone and email over several days. After three days of continuous attempts, my call finally connected — but the person who answered was unhelpful, responded with only “okay, okay,” and disconnected the call shortly after the conversation began. This kind of service is extremely disappointing. It's frustrating to see a coaching platform operating with staff who appear uninterested in assisting students. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer support. My issue is still not resolved.

Make the app flexible with ios features
I have been using this app for my studies lately and pretty happy with the teaching methods of the faculty but one thing i would like to get in the notice of Adda247 faculity is there app is not compatible with ios features. For example i have been using it with my ipad i cant use split screen with this app it doesnt support ipad short keys and much more. It will be really very helpful if they get an update with these compatibility features. It will way more easy to use it and be more useful. Giving 4 stars for now, will surely revise it after getting the above listed features in next update. Thank you

Priyanka Nishad is a very good helpful engaging customer service representative. She helped me a lot with my order. I ordered some books and they got canceled due to some issues and then I called repeatedly for one month but nobody gave me the resolution. So one day I called out of frustration and Priyanka picked up the call and I vented out my frustration on her. She heard me calmly and tried to tackle all the objections and resolved the matter quickly by going above and beyond and walking extra mile just for me. She not only helped me but also got my books delivered to my doorstep as well. Please give her a raise and she deserves a promotion. Not suitable for IOS
Was indeed stupid of me to pay the fees before exploring the app on IOS. It’s just not suitable for ios. It malfunctions all the time. I had a very distressing experience because I was spending more time on trying to figure out how it works than actually learning. I tried to connect with the helpline unfortunately, none of my calls would go through. The chat option on the app is a mere waste of time to keep the student engaged. I’m adding a clip to show how it will test your patience. I barely attended one live class and that’s it. I am waiting to hear on the refund part. I am sure a refund Is the least they can help me with.

The app is well designed and the material is organised under an optimum number of heads for easy navigation and that's one thing I like about Adda247 when comparing it to its peers. Of course, timed quizzes do the needful. I also can't forget to appreciate the efforts put in providing the job notifications on time, daily, without fail . Worst experience
The downloaded videos gets disappear once I switched to other app and they are not able to solve this issue. Their tech support is also useless they told me to keep the app open 24*7 then only i can see the downloaded videos 🤣🤣🤣🤣 if it is possible for me to keep using the aap 24*7 the why should I download the videos. These guys doesn’t know how to solve the issue and keep telling me to download again, use our link, clear cache memory etc etc these silly people (untrained persons) don’t know that what is the relevant of cache memory with this. Neither these guys were able to solve my issues not they are providing me refund.

Issue with enrolling for a course
I’ve been asking your support team to contact me, so that I can get a briefing on all the courses available for IBPS Clerk. Someone had reached out to me through WhatsApp and I had asked him/her to have a call with me but there has been no response after that. I didn’t get any clarity on which course to opt for(as there are multiple course available in your app for banking exams) either through WhatsApp or via call. And it’s been almost two weeks since I had enquired about this.

The teachers and content of the app is great. My problem is with the app layout. There are various courses at disposal where navigating to the lectures being atteneded on daily basis becomes a hassle.
What i would suggest is segregation of courses / batch which one is part of.
This concept is utilised by unacademy where the course / batch student has enrolled can be accessed seperately and also they are visible on planner daywise which makes navigating through different courses very easy. Kindly look into it and do the needfull.
Courses that are marked as favourite can be made accessible seperately or there should be an option where courses that student wants to attend regularly can be accessible seperately

iPad compatibility
I don’t know what is the problem but I have to uninstall the application again and again so that I can me my recorded classes otherwise I am not able to find my recording content. Please look into this matter that’s really annoying. I have to check my phone again and again that is there any recording or not….

They don’t know how to talk & understand what the aspirant is saying. I asked for Sunil Sir’s personal mentorship guidance… expecting ki Sunil sir se kabhi month mei ek baar contact hojye or vo ek roadmap preparation ka guide kar dein since I’m at beginning of this journey. Just 2 minutes of his time in a month. I even said that I’m here for hard work just want his personal mentorship as Sunil Sir says ki exam crack krne k liye unse personal mentorship le sakte hai unse judd sakte hai… Maine ye nhi kaha ki Muje sir se roz baat krni hai 🙏 I also know sir bahut busy rehte hai lekin ek mentor k naate sirf monthly guidance k kiye bol rhi thi so that I follow the right track under his guidance. His team member Kapil replied “you can pay & get common videos apke liye special toh nahi bnayege….sir se kabhi bhi one to one baat nahi ho payegi sir 1000 baccho ko padhate hai ek ek ko time nai de sakte…Abb ABC to likhna nahi sikhayege jo common videos banaye jayege unko dekho” I only asked how is this personal mentorship..? Sir se judne ka matlb ek din bhi unse baat nhi ho payega paid session lene k baad bhi..? Sunil sir Unacademy mei the Maine 2 years ka subscription liya tha only bcz of him , but waha atleast doubt sessions weekly hojate hai teachers se baat krne ka scope toh hai 🙏 Yaha to ulta seedha suna diya bina smjhe ki Mai bol kya rhi hu … Mai Unacademy ki tareef krne nhi aayi hu sirf Muje Sunil Sir se guidance chaiye thi or iske liye I was ready to pay again lekin ek baar bhi baat krna possible na ho to sir k personal mentorship ka benefit kaise hoga ?

Don't purchase course for upsc apfc eo ALC LEO etc ... they make fake promises before you purchase course but jab purchase kr lete ho to pta chlta hai ki inka content boht hi inferior quality ka hai class polity ki hogi title uss pr math lga milega .. or upar se rarely koi teacher hai inke pass jo uss level ki quality deliver kr paaye jo chaiye exam crack krne k liye.. maine course purchase kia inhone bola ki isme full length test milenge 5-10 pr vha ALC ka ek bhi ni hai. Upar se jo recorded batch hai usme science computer padha rakha hai jo syllabus me hi ni hai or labour laws jo syllabus me hai 5-7videos hai vo bhi low level content hai bss .. ye hai ki sasta hai pr kaam ka ni hai kuch upar se koi customer support ni jldi hi dubegi adda24/7.. kitne din aise bewakoof bna kr bacho se paise lootoge

Bigger Scam than Scam 1992
I was a fan of adda247 until i wasted my 20-25k on this platform. I am a student of their multiple courses and their IAS segment is the worst. People who promote the courses would not come up to teach you in paid batches. I have seen at least 10 faculty changes in my 6 month of classes. There is nothing called regularity. All of the students have complained multiple times , result is they bring up new faculties which with due respect have 0 experience.
I did not enrol to learn from the faculties that teach me. In 6 months only 1 subject out of countably many have been completed.
It is not only the fault of the management but the teachers as well ( for some reason unknown to us ). They don’t have the same enthusiasm while teaching on paid batches.
Simply the app runs on looting students.
Their banking section is good. But never ever opt for UPSC or any other PCS.

Not for iPad, poor live learning experience
I run this app on my iPad 11’ 2021 and it is not fully compatible with the iPad OS. The application opens at 9:16 aspect ratio which is something mirroring a mobile in your Laptop/PC. I think the app developer should make the application fully compatible w/iPad OS, because it is app where you attend classes each day & attending classes in big screen enhances the live learning experience!
Also, the application lags so much while attending live classes, like video is paused, audio is not manageable. This will happen in every live lecture you attend. They will say it is because of the crowd attending the same class at the same time but I don’t know why they take so many admissions at the same time when they aren’t able to handle them.
Then you have recorded lectures where audio is not well synced with the video.
I am full of contrition, why I buy Adda247 subscription.
