About
Added Sugar Tracker answers a different question than most sugar trackers: not "how much sugar did you eat today" but "how much of it was added." Sugar stirred into food counts toward your daily limit. Sugar already locked inside whole fruit and milk does not.
That one distinction is the whole app. Fruit juice is the exception it makes on purpose: once fruit is pressed, its sugar counts — the same line the WHO draws for free sugars.
WHAT IT DOES
• The split: log a portion and your day divides into two numbers — what counts and what doesn't — measured against a 25 g reference line and also shown in teaspoons, because grams are hard to picture.
• 305 everyday foods, already portioned: a can, a bowl, a slice, a spoonful. Nothing to weigh, nothing to look up, no barcode to scan.
• 74 flagged for hidden sugar: foods whose name gives no warning — ketchup, breakfast cereal, jarred pasta sauce, flavoured yogurt. A biscuit is not flagged; you already knew about the biscuit.
• Every food explains itself: tap any item to see why its sugar counts, or why it doesn't. 72 foods in the catalogue count as zero.
• Progress over 14 or 30 days: days under your limit, at a glance.
• 46 achievements for keeping the habit going — not for how little sugar you eat.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
Added Sugar Tracker has no sign-up and no account. Every entry you log, every food you add and every setting stays on your device — there is no server to lose it to, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. It works with no connection at all.
ADDED SUGAR PRO
Added Sugar Tracker is a premium app: logging, the catalogue and progress are part of Added Sugar Pro.
• Weekly or yearly subscription, both with a 7-day free trial
• Or a one-time lifetime purchase — pay once, keep it
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
Added Sugar Tracker is a personal log for noticing what you eat. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, it is not a tool for managing diabetes, and its figures are catalogue estimates by portion rather than measurements of your food. For advice about your own diet, talk to a doctor or a dietitian.
