Very unreliable
Every time they update the app it breaks for weeks at a time. Last 4 times in a row. Pretty sad for a financial services app. If I could give it -1 stars I would. Shocking this company is so well funded and can’t afford decent software engineering.

App update
I’ve uploaded the app a half dozen times and logged on but it keep asking me to update the app and then it freezes. I’ve had problems with app since I uploaded it.
App doesn’t open
App shows a message saying I need to update the app, sends me to the app store, I update the app, open it and sends the same message. This goes on and, ands has been going for months

Crappy quality and limited interface
The app stopped working (dies upon launch) on iPhone about a month ago. 2 updates later, it still does work. The chart for portfolio and subsets is no longer an option - might as well look at an excel sheet.
Addepar makes it easy
I love this app! I can see my net worth so easily, and in great detail!
Persistently Buggy and Frustrating
Addepar struggles to deliver a satisfactory user experience and this app is buggy and frustrating. The basic functionality (date range, portfolio/account selection, and valuation refresh) does not work reliably or intuitively so it is hard to simply select an account and then check the account value as of a given date. I suspect the programming team is either dysfunctional or is trying to do too much and has tried to add “bells and whistles” that also do not work resulting in an overall poor app. Addepar should get the basic features working reliably. Having a functional app is a critical component of the overall value proposition of the Addepar service.

PIN # Never World
It been a little frustrating since the pin # never works… but besides this the app works well..
Not useful
App isn’t useful. Info doesn’t format to the iPhone. Doesn’t use Face ID.
Interface & power great, performance very intermittent
It’s a great app, and the desktop web interface is fabulous. But more often than not, the load time for your portfolio post verification is interminable. It’s weird - occasionally snappy but very frequently just sit and spin. No error messaging, no way to diagnose, no improvement in this facet over the year I’ve been using it. Fix the delay / interminable wait, and I’ll love it.
