Super simple! I took a rigorous accounting course and this was intended to be my annual refresher but this app actually solidified some things for me. The hardest part to understand in accounting is Credit vs Debit and Creditor vs Debtor. This app lays this out very well and it is simply out!

I took two courses in college and have been making my way back towards it in my career. I needed a good refresher and found people talking about this app online. Wow. I feel like I understand the concept of accounting better than I ever did during school.

This app is great. I’ve done an extensive amount of accounting courses at undergrad and graduate level. I don’t use those skills very much in my day to day activities and I’m using this app to brush up and try to keep those skills. I find the instruction more clear than they were in the classroom, and the lessons do a great job of integrating the use of modern bookkeeping software.

This app has helped me so much in better understanding how transactions move through a business. By using different vocabulary I can now follow the accounting equation much more easily and with the quizzes it ensures I am comprehending what I am reading and not just guessing.

This approach should be taught in schools, however it helps adult learning also with its step-by-step method. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn more about the subject and process in the field of finance and accounting but doesn’t know where to start with!

This is a great app. Only with the diagrams were a bit larger. They are tiny and you must increase your IPad, IPhone display text. Otherwise this will help bookkeeping beginners immensely.

I’ve read multiple books on finance and tried various websites for learning accounting, but Addictive Accounting is the most intuitive. I’ve learned how to rethink accounting concepts, and I feel that the practice rounds are more comprehensive and helpful than what is provided by the usual accounting apps. It definitely goes beyond the surface-level “credits = debits” fare. I will definitely be paying for the rest of the course.

Simple and easy to understand
My brain finally understood basic accounting and its terms. The practice parts really helped! Its funny that in my sleep I have some glimpse or dreams about applying the principles in certain situations that needed some accounting 😂.
