Unresolved Payment & Poor Support
I completed multiple ads and was told gift cards had been sent, but I never received them. Since May, I have contacted support through WhatsApp and email, submitted screenshots, completed forms, and repeatedly asked for help. While I occasionally received responses, my questions about the missing gift cards/payments were never clearly addressed.
The most frustrating part was seeing new ads continue to be posted while my issue remained unresolved. I simply wanted an update or instructions on what to do, but after weeks of follow-ups I still do not have a resolution.
Very disappointing customer support experience.
