Frozen when opening

I had been really enjoying this app, but I can’t open it at all today. Even after restarting my phone and the app.

Fantastic Magazine & Great App

I just wanna be clear. The magazine is fantastic and for anyone who has a person with ADHD in their life, they should be reading this magazine as well worth the education. Realizing that it was in digital form, I tried this app and it deserves nothing under a four star rating. I’m using an iPad and I have no problems as a matter of fact articles can be read to me through the app. I can look through the magazine in a variety of different formats that fit my preference. From someone who has used many comic book apps, this is beyond all of them in ability for setting preferences. I seriously don’t know how this got under a four star rating from anybody.

Does not work for my device

Glitches and stays on « ADDitude, strategies and support” etc screen after login

App wouldn’t open

I purchased the App for £14.99 but couldn’t open it on either my iPhone or my iPad - it just kept buffering. Have requested a refund from Apple.

More frustrating than ADD

This is singularly the most frustrating app I have ever tried to work with. Notice I say tried to. Even the tutorial is awful. New Hope Media, what were you thinking??? 😥

Good content. POOR app.

Wow! A news app designed to be used by people considered “Neuroatypical”. Nice idea. Unfortunately, the app has the design and UI flow of an archaic HTML site from the 1990s. Needs a top to bottom reworking (imho).

The fact that the reviews here are largely negative and years old makes me want to end my subscription.

Unusable - Keeps Crashing

I love the idea of accessing the back issues of the magazine, but I can’t actually access the PDFs because the app crashes every single time I try to open one. There’s no point to the app. :(

Yikes

The idea of having mobile access to the magazine is amazing, but it literally won’t function. I can’t download anything.

Needs an Upgrade

Needs an update, the interface is quite clunky and old. I also can’t seem to link my existing subscription I purchased on the website without having to subscribe again on my phone.

Never a problem

Having read old reviews, I am pleased to say that I’ve never experienced a subscription problem or an app problem. (Touch wood, now that I’ve put it out to the universe!)
The valuable advice, support and information within these virtual covers is without peer, as far as I am concerned.
If you are an adult with type 1, type 2, or combination ADHD; or you support someone who does. Do yourself the best favour you can; subscribe, read and put in action.

Super Content!!!

I, as an adult, have really been blessed by ADDitude Magazine. Don’t see why others have not given it a 4 or 5 star rating because it’s detailed, very comprehensive and so informative!

Don’t waste your money

Was working fine until I upgraded my phone. Now I can’t access any of my magazines and ADDitude tell me to go to Apple and Apple tell me to go to ADDitude.

For a magazine aimed at mental health and supposed support their customers services are totally shocking and lack any form of support.

App is not useable.

I like the magazine so much that I paid for a digital subscription to access back issues. App does not work! I’m good with computers and phones...it’s not me it’s is app. I see all the other negative reviews of the app. Why have you guys not fixed this or removed the app from the store. This is not a responsible thing to do with your brand/product. Get it together guys.

0 Stars if possible

Worthless. Can’t open purchased content and it won’t get out of the pay screen. Criminal and a rip off.

ADDitude: One-Stop-Shop

I realize that this review is supposed to be about the App... and my review does cover the App. In tandem with this company’s website, this App rounds out the most complete offering of expert, community, and parent resources on ADHD I have encountered.

As a magazine App, the App works perfectly to my expectations. With my paid subscription, I have access to archived issues, am notified to download the latest issues and read the magazine in a standard mobile reader format.

The website itself has downloads, forums, live and on-demand webinars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charged me for subscription

This app charged me 19.99 through the App Store even though I already have a subscription to the magazine & therefore I should have free access to the app. I emailed the company & they just said Too Bad, take it up with Apple. I will request a refund through Apple and cancel my subscription through the website as well. I hate the forced auto-renew for the print magazine anyway & this was just the icing on the cake.

Ease of access...

Accessing anything with ADHD is that much more difficult. This makes me want to throw my phone. It does not let me login to access my subscription - with email, without, doesn't matter. 👎🏼

Doesn’t work

I can read the articles on the home screen but can’t log in so I can’t get any subscriber content and can’t read the current magazine or find back articles.

Hopeless App

Can not do anything in this App. Shuts itself down as soon as you try and download anything and doesn’t recognise that your a subscriber when you login

Crashes constantly when trying to download magazines.

Crashes a few seconds after opening when downloading magazines. Almost useless.
