Does not work with Macbook
I successfully created a label and easily imported my contacts from the Contacts app.
However when I had created the list and tried to edit the resulting label I was unable to exit the edit mode. Reading the help documents it explained that I had to "dismiss the keyboard" to exit. Obviously this refers to an iPad and I could find no way to simulate this action on the MacBook. Hence I was unable to use the app on MacOS. All the instructions are geared towards iOS. Perhaps the compatibility claim with MacOS on the App Store should be amended?
In addition there did not seem any way to select an address where a contact had multiple addresses.
Finally I could not find a way to select fields for the label and it seems you are limited to the fields the developer has chosen for the label. It might be possible to overcome this by exporting a contacts file as CSV and then editing it elsewhere and importing it into this app - I did not try this as it rather undermined my search for a simple solution.
I would have liked to ask the developer for help but could find no way to do this easily so have requested a refund and deleted the app.

Plain return address labels can be made in 4 steps: 1) In the Design-New tab, select the Label Size; 2) In the Addresses-Enter tab, enter a name and address, then tap Add to List; 3) In the Preview-Address Repetitions tab, select the address's repetition count; and 4) In Print-Printer tab, print your labels. Only an address need be edited: tap the added address then Edit, edit it and dismiss the keyboard when finished. Don't forget to Save the design for future access. Each step has Tips to guide you. The app contains a searchable User Guide and a list of FAQs. There is also a Quick Tour you can take anytime. Email support@verusapps.com if you need help. UPDATE: The editing issue may be due to the fact the virtual keyboard is up in the middle of the screen and therefore partially blocking the address to be edited. To correct this, press and hold on the little keyboard icon and select dock. Editing then works fine. UPDATE2: Version 4.0.0 has a Quick Guide that provides a way to quickly learn how to use the app. UPDATE3: Starting with Version 4.1.0, an address in the address list can now be edited in-place.
Works for me !!
This APP is an Epic FAIL

Using iTunes to add a file for an app is standard practice. Transferring it from another app is a reasonable idea. If the CSV file was not totally imported correctly, chances are it is not formatted correctly; you have to use a comma separator and follow the format detailed in the User Guide. Send your CSV file to support@verusapps.com and it will be tested, corrected and sent back. UPDATE: In v3.4 a CSV file exported by an iPad spreadsheet app, such as Numbers, can be transferred to the app. See the User Guide's section "Create Addresses On-iPad" for details.

In the Addresses step, Enter sub-step, an address entered manually is added to the address list by tapping the circled +. Tapping the label "Add to List" next to the circled + will not perform the action. Version 2.2.3 fixed this by making "Add to List" part of the circled + button.
