About

Understand ADHD better – make development visible. The system won't change overnight. But the way you look at your child – that you can change. And that changes everything. This ADHD monitoring app helps parents, adults, and professionals better notice and make sense of changes in children's attention, stress, problematic behavior, and emotional strain in everyday life. Through weekly monitoring (about 3 minutes), you build a structured trend report that documents developments over time and makes it easier to share information between parents, doctors, and psychotherapists. The monitoring complements an ADHD diagnosis — it doesn't replace one. ADHD parent training The integrated parent training was developed based on the AWMF S3 guideline for ADHD (028-045) and the NICE guideline NG87 — the internationally recognized standards for ADHD diagnosis and treatment. The content was designed by an experienced pediatrician and is medically reviewed. Each module provides information and concrete strategies for everyday life: from structuring and positive reinforcement to supporting emotions and working together with school and professionals. Self-guided training for adults with ADHD Alongside this, the app offers a kind of self-training for stressed adults — on topics like stress management, self-organization, emotion regulation, relationships, and self-worth. ADHD assistant The integrated ADHD assistant answers common questions about ADHD, medication, school, everyday strategies, and crisis management — directly, clearly, and based on the guidelines. The knowledge base includes over 300 reviewed questions and answers from the areas of psychoeducation, parent training, medication, school, family conflicts, adult ADHD, screen media, social media, crisis management, and comorbidities. All content is based on AWMF S3, NICE NG87, and S2k guidelines. After installing from the App Store: Full functionality offline, no sign-up required, no time limit, no in-app purchases or subscriptions No ads Weekly monitoring ADHD parent training Self-management for adults Structured progress report to share with doctors and psychotherapists Simple and intuitive to use All data is stored exclusively locally on your device. If you delete the app or reinstall it, the stored data is permanently removed. Note: This app is not a medical device and does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment. It serves the purposes of psychoeducation, self-management, and everyday support. The monitoring app was developed in Germany and originally in German.
