don’t take loan from ABC. They are there only to fool you in the name of process. Their foreclosure letter arrives after seven days and when make the full payment of your loan still they take 7 working days to close the loan, this does not make any sense.
If I have paid full amount still I have to wait for 7 more working days. Worst Financing compony. Take loan from CHOLA instead.

Worse than worst company to deal with.
Their Application doesn’t work, their Customer Service Team will tell you that they can’t do anything as your concern is the job of their backend team and ask you to wait. Their backend team will never reply to your email and when they do, they would not even check you account and payment history. I have cried tears of blood after taking loan from them. I paid them the amount for Foreclosure of the personal Loan in two instalment, one on 13th October 2025 and the other on 14th October 2025. They sent me an email on 7th November stating that there is a Shortfall in the amount I sent to their account — I almost had a heart attack. Then I again sent the receipt of the payments in the reply to their email and haven’t received any response since then. It’s 9th November today and I’m anxiously waiting for their response. Their customer service team says that, “we cannot do anything as we don’t have access in the system”. Take a loan from them and be ready to cry with tears of blood. Their Customer service will always try to avoid you by saying the same statement in a loop, “Please wait for sometime, our backend team is working on your request” and you will end up waiting forever.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with ZestMoney & Aditya Birla Finance!
I took a loan through ZestMoney, financed by Aditya Birla Finance, and fully repaid it on 3rd December 2024. However, even after over 2 months, I am yet to receive my NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Worse still, money is still being deducted from my bank account every month without my authorization!
I’ve tried contacting both companies several times, but their customer care is completely unhelpful. Calls are disconnected, false information is given, and absolutely no accountability is shown by either side.
This seems nothing short of a fraudulent and unethical practice. It has caused me extreme stress and mental harassment, despite fulfilling all repayment obligations on time.
👉 My sincere advice: Do NOT take loans from Aditya Birla Finance via ZestMoney. Even after full repayment, what you’ll get is harassment instead of peace of mind.

Buggy App
Given how big the company is, their tech seems to be outdated. Their website is slow and the UI is not user friendly. Their app is buggy as well. It just keeps logging you in through face id and then screens move and it gets stuck in a loop. A highly unreliable and useless app. Unfortunately I am stuck with my term plan with them else would have definitely stopped using Aditya Birla.
The payment page never opens the payment option for choosing the payment mode. Eventually, it times out and they are quick to send a message stating payment failed.

Worst Services
Despite giving all documents they keep on asking for more documents. They have only mentioned instant loan. Their representative don’t remember the name of customer. Even you call they will treat as if we did mistake calling them. Never apply for any loan. They will unnecessary take 20 days for just a personal loan and end result is zero. Their representative don’t know how to check cibil report. They need spoon feed.

This App doesn't open after installing. Shows the Red homescreen screen forever. Tried uninstall and reinstall several times.. still doesnt work. Have been trying to install it since 1 month. Doesn't go beyond red screen.

A real turnoff
Outdated and intentionally distant from the investor. No real interest in providing graphic-oriented stock movement presentations to the investor, real-time stock trends or recommendations or market tips. The fund managers are not too adept either. I did better while using my own demat account to directly invest than when Aditya Birla was managing my hard earned money (yes, I will go back to that soon, thank you very much ).
Online redemption of funds is barred. Saying that a particular investment is “not available for redemption” to an investor who trusts you with his hard-earned money is being discourteous at best and opaque at worst.

Useful app which consolidates all products I hold with ABC. A lot of functionality like download statement etc. available across multiple products at one point. Just need the Face ID problem solved as the App keeps logging me back in after I have logged out.
