No customer service
Won a bid there is no option to pay for that, paid in same wallet but still showing payment pending. Withdrawn request for the security deposit but pending. Sent thousands of mails but zero response, spoke to customer service they don’t know anything about auctions and gave another number which is unreachable no one is picking the calls. Refund pending payment pending no option to contact. So disappointed
