I can’t even connect to the bed even though I had tried all the methods

Love the bed but the app is hopeless and I am really struggling to turn off the alarm etc which is ruining my experience.
Bed great - app terrible
My Bluetooth never stays connected so the alarm function never works. Pretty frustrating. Beds themselves are great but the app needs a hell of a lot more work.

Why the update
I agree with the other review it’s not user friendly and the alarm not being able to select days why not ????

New Update and UI
The latest update 1.3 has completely changed the UI for the worse. Connecting to the bed via Bluetooth isn’t immediately clear (I discovered after much frustration that you have to pull down to refresh to see list of devices), the massage operation isn’t intuitive and no longer has a simple on/off option, and the alarm settings don’t seem to work at all anymore. In addition from what I can see on the alarm page they have removed the option to set recurring alarms for particular days. Overall this update is a huge fail! Also not clear how to provide feedback to the developer as the App Store link just takes you to their website….

Not bad, additional features would be nice
The app is quite basic as you would expect. Though the pairing is a little odd, it picks up all sorts of devices using Bluetooth (tvs, smart watches etc.)
A smart watch app would be great with the ability to quickly activate the bed light and app compatibility with “Shortcuts” so I could voice activate the bed (lights massage, position etc).
The alarm function is great, though basic : Position or massage. I want both..... Why can’t I incline and massage.
Maybe tying in with phone alarm and tones also instead of the very random tones on hand.
I will be eagerly waiting for an update. ☝🏼
