ADLERWEG TRAIL

The Adlerweg is a long-distance route that runs through the Tyrolean Alps in Austria. The route heads west from St. Hohann in Tirol to St. Christoph, traversing high mountain terrain. The route passes through alpine landscapes and crosses several technical sections with fixed ropes and chains. It is a technical route, and comfort with the ropes and chains is recommended. The route passes by several mountain huts, but reservations are required for overnight stays, and payment must be made in cash. The route is spectacular and a true challenge, rewarded with magnificent alpine scenery.
