ADMA will let you know if you have antibodies that can be used to help others. All staff members are professional and kind to donors. This is a good place to donate.

I have been donating plasma for a few years now, but this was the first time I had ever used a ADMA facility and App. Both were great. The app is very easy to use and things seem to go much smoother at the facility because you have to make an appointment instead of just showing up whenever.

Basic App Functions Need Improvement
1) Takes 24hrs to show an accurate update of available funds and completed donations.
2) Offers setting appt in the app, yet when you try no days or times are available so you have to call to set an appt over the phone.

App isn’t reliable and needs work
The app was down for two days and as of Oct 20th, there is still no way to book additional appointments. Sign ins are irregular and either don’t keep your credentials or don’t load your compensation amounts. Lastly, none of the ADMA staff can give any guidance since they have no training on the app and its functions.

So far I love the app you can schedule your own appointment time and it’s very convenient and it will let you schedule your next week appointment as well 👍🏾
