When an app pops open a screen asking for a star rating and the ONLY way to close it is by giving a rating, you get one star. Don’t FORCE me, your customer, to do ANYTHING.
Excellent magazine for Sysadmins
This is an excellent magazine for any sysadmin or int/adv IT professional.

This is a great read for admin in the business or huge technology driven enthusiast. The only downside is the hard copies include a disc with software.

Why can I not access my digisub through this app via newsstand? I have to go through the web page and download as a PDF and view in iBooks. What's the point of the app? No reflection on magazine content which is phenomenal....the app is just a turkey.

Can't download issues I already own
I'm a subscriber but I can't find a way to download and read the issues I already own. Disappointing.
The app itself needs polishing. Every so often it shows empty box wi just an ok button. Tap on Linux pro magazine and you'll get nothing.

Unable to open magazine
Please help I can't open magazine when starting up just fails to start the magazine? Haven't been able to open since this edition was realised? No support details to contact for help
Unreal prices
Would have subscribed, but I have to buy an issue first at $15 just to see if I like it? The yearly price isn't terrible, and is clearly the best deal, but I'm not paying for a year of a magazine based on thumbnail previews. Simply bad form.

Was looking for a sys Amin style magazine, this is one of the better ones out there it seems :)
Misleading and too expensive
Not really a FREE issue, single issues and subscription rates are too expensive. Their price model is that of a print version and for me that does not fly for digital magazines.

Misleading
Nothing is free about this app. Too bad for this magazine. I would have considered a subscription. Keep up your good work on false advertisement.
